This means unlearning poor habits or behaviours and mastering new, healthy, and sustainable patterns. And as you may have already noticed, that it doesn’t end with a quick-fix. You can’t exercise every day and expect life to feel its best.

You need to pay close attention to an entire ocean of aspects that contribute to our womanhood. Think hormones, diet, routine, exercise, self-care, sex life, relationships, business, mindset, emotions, time away. All of which contribute to your health, confidence levels, your sense of accomplishment, and happiness.

About Jenni Rivett

This is why I reached out to Princess Diana’s personal trainer Jenni. She too understands this and emphasizes the importance of being consistent. An aspect that I’ve noticed so many of us struggle with.

If this is something you battle with, then you need us to help educate you so that you can understand how your body functions. A lot of the inconsistencies happen because we get confused and overwhelmed.

Princess Diana’s Trainer

Jenni has a unique Train Like a Woman approach to eradicate any confusion. Women are often guilty of doing everything on their own, but it’s very important to seek help. Not only will you open yourself up to more success and connections, but you’ll learn how to finally take control of your body and life. From the moment I started living as an adult, I thought I could do EVERYTHING on my own. It’s good to be independent, but you need to realize that it’s impossible to know-it-all all, which is why we’ve got each other for support and guidance.

Princess Diana’s personal trainer is originally from South Africa. She’s had quite a colourful life and has traveled extensively. Between her travels, she also studied and taught health and fitness. Better yet, she was voted one of Britain’s top personal trainers by the “Best of British” publications. Shortly, after that, she began training Princess Diana for seven years. (Who had a beautiful figure.) Find out more about it in our talk with Jenni.

Tip No. 1: Step Over Into Maintenance Mode

Princess Diana’s personal trainer, Jenni explains that women are constantly trying to lose weight quickly or restrict their diets. We need to work towards finding a balance and then being consistent with it.

No fat, low carb, cut everything out – all or nothing approach doesn’t work. You will only end up making yourself feel sick and stressed.

Tip No. 2: Be Consistent

You won’t get what you dream of achieving overnight. We often think it won’t take long at all, but in fact, most goals take time to blossom. Also, don’t forget the hiccups along the way…This isn’t a reason to give up though. Consistency requires discipline, but it also needs a lot of patience.

Princess Diana’s trainer, Jenni explains in our talk exactly what steps to implement so that you don’t feel disheartened, demotivated, or lost along your journey.

Tip No. 3: There’s Nothing New Out There

Jenni explains that every diet or programme out there, is nothing new. It’s all regurgitated marketing tactics. This is EXACTLY why we need to have a higher understanding about how lifestyle factors can all contribute and boost our ability to reach our goals.

And often, it’s the things you’d least expect that will make a massive change. Princess Diana’s trainer adds that when it comes to nutrition focus on eating moderate amounts of healthy fats, lean protein , complex carbohydrates and micronutrients.

During the talk, we also discuss how you can regain control over your emotions, triggers, mindset, and feelings of guilt.

Tip No. 4: Increase The Good And Decrease The Bad

Whatever it is you’re currently trying to improve or achieve right now, our biggest piece of advice is to take it slowly. We need to allow the process of transformation a decent timeframe. Also, it takes time for changes and progress to start happening.

Jenni explains that we must take small steps in our daily routines, otherwise we become overwhelmed.

Tip No. 5: Take Time For Exercise

It doesn’t matter how busy you think you are, Jenni says you have to make time for exercise.

As Princess Diana’s personal trainer Jenni knows that to have a healthy, strong body this is what we must do.

I know that whenever I exercise, particularly in the mornings I feel much happier and so much more confident. Inside the ladies club, we also have courses talking about how you can balance your hormones and boost longevity through exercise.

Tip No. 6: Get Restful Sleep

It’s scary that it’s actually funny how we think should always be doing something. It’s so important to take time out so you can switch off your mind and get restful sleep.

Princess Diana’s trainer, Jenni says our minds seem to be far too busy. That’s why we discuss the exact steps about how you can create a quiet mind, to get good quality sleep. Sleeping tablets are only masking the problem.

Tip No. 7: Take Time For Self-Care

If you’re a ‘busy’ career woman or a passionate mom, then it will serve you to take time out for yourself. Jenni recommends practicing gratitude and journaling or simply just ‘being.’

We talk about how important it is to get out of automatic mode and be present about what you’re doing. Things like hugging your dog, walking barefoot on the lawn, seeing your friends, being grateful for at least one thing, and even listening to some good music can all help a lot.

So many of us ladies battle to incorporate time into our schedules for me-time. This is why it’s a massive theme for us to continuously uncover and educate ourselves in. If you want to start feeling present, owning your space, and taking back control then the universe has sent you to us. Let’s discover what makes us feel joyful and powerful together.
