Low Impact Morning Boost Workout Day 2 #SpringFitChallenge – MEMBERS ONLY

Low impact workouts still burn and they’re great for all fitness levels, if you’ve got an injury or just not in the mood for too much jumping around. Ladies, this is your chance to feel bold for this Summer! Join in on our Spring Fit Challenge because #SummerbodiesaremadeintheSpring.

As you know, all Boldest-Self ladies join me every Wednesday at 07:30 SAST for a live workout over Zoom.

Low Impact Workout Day 2

I will be your personal trainer and guide you step-by-step through this workout. I try my best to program every workout so that it’s sweet and short, yet effective. Today, we are targeting the entire body, particularly those women parts that need toning for the Summer. It’s so important for us to feel confident and happy in our skins. Feeling confident helps us to get out there and be BOLD with everything else we’re trying to master!

I’ve designed each workout for the Spring Fit Challenge to include a warm-up, a cardiometabolic section to pump up your heart rate. As well as a strength section with compound and isometric movements to develop new lean muscle. We then wrap-up with a cool down. I also include flexibility and mobility in both the warm-up and cool down to ensure strong, mobile bones and joints and long, lean bodies.

This Low Impact Workout Requires:

  • An exercise mat
  • A water bottle
  • 2 – 4 Kg Dumbells
  • Optional Resistance Band
  • A Sweat Towel

If you don’t have one of the items listed above, you can still complete an effective low impact workout without them. I also provide low-impact modifications for every exercise to suit all fitness levels. Please modify every exercise according to your fitness level, otherwise, you might get injured. (We don’t want that!)
