We’re all here for one reason, to figure out how to live our best life. But with that, we must establish a daily routine that works for us in the long term. This can be tricky, especially when you’re used to living a certain way and by this I mean, you’ve picked up a few habits over the years. We’ve got to define what the good habits are and what the bad ones are. But, to create a healthy and happy routine, change is involved which is not easy to adapt to. Luckily in this group, we’re going to learn exactly how to deal with the different stages of change and how to create a routine you can stick with.
On the other hand, there is nutrition which forms a massive part of our well-being and that’s why we need to get a basic understanding of it before moving onto anything else. You know what they say, ‘you are what you eat.’ Nutrition affects our moods, mental health, physicalities, and emotions. This is why we’re also going to learn and chat about how to approach nutrition, what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and how to enjoy the process of eating and cooking. We will also be sharing monthly recipe books and short courses where you can master excellence and boldness in this aspect of your well-being!
