Spring Fit Challenge Day 2: Morning Boost Workout

Hey ladies, join us every Wednesday at 07:30 a for a live workout over Zoom. I will be your personal trainer and guide you step-by-step through it. I keep each workout sweet and short, but effective. We will target the entire body, particularly those women parts that need toning for the Summer. It’s so important for us to feel confident and happy in our skins, so we can get out there and be BOLD with everything else we’re trying to master!
I’ve programmed each workout for the Spring Fit Challenge to include a warm-up, a cardiometabolic section to pump up your heart rate, a strength section with compound, and isometric movements to develop new lean muscle and wrap-up with a cool down. I also include flexibility and mobility in both the warm-up and cool down to ensure strong and mobile bones and joints and long, lean bodies.
Spring Fit Workout Requires:
- An exercise mat
- A water bottle
- 2 – 4 Kg Dumbells
- Optional Resistance Band
- A Sweat Towel
If you don’t have one of the items listed above, you can still do the workout without them as you will still feel the burn. I also provide low-impact modifications for every exercise to suit all fitness levels.
